Carousel specialise in urgent parts distribution for a variety of service driven sectors, all of which are dependent on speed and timing of the delivery. Items vary in size, weight and value - but they are all required urgently, either on-site or at a specified engineer's box location.
Over the years we have developed air and road line-hauls which service the UK from key locations throughout Europe. Consignments are typically collected late afternoon of day one and delivered during the same night throughout the UK. Options are also available to have slower moving line-hauls to cater for stock replenishment or less urgent deliveries.
Our unique systems and dedicated airside ground team, account management set-up and 4PL partnerships mean that we can flex with businesses' changing needs. With airside links from major airports, such as Frankfurt to Birmingham and onward to Dublin, (with road hubs throughout the country) we offer a market-leading service for items which are difficult to route through a normal delivery network.
Shipments are delivered to agreed delivery points at set times and are tracked all the way. Electronic notifications can be automatically sent to mobile phones, email addresses or a Carousel designed web portal. Our system can be highly personalised or can work with any major European system such as SAP.
