Due to the continuing rise of fuel prices and additional government duties plus pressure from clients to standardise our fuel surcharges, Carousel has found it necessary to implement a published policy that is aligned and reviewed regularly. Please refer to the relevant section to calculate the current surcharges per service.

The current surcharges are set to:

UK, European Economy & European Saver (Parcel & Freight):

The current rate for the above services will be charged at 5.5%.

European Express & Worldwide Express/Economy – Air surcharges:

The current rate for all door to door courier shipments will be charged at 12.5%.

Worldwide Saver Service

Fuel charges for all air and sea freight services will be based on the anticipated buy rate at the time of shipping; dependant on the route used. The actual rate will be added at the time of shipping.
